First of all, thank you for vidding for me! This is my first year of signing up and I am looking forward to seeing whatever you come up for me. I've noted some suggestions in case you find them helpful, but feel free to go where your inspiration takes you. Really! I love surprises! And I would be so happy to see anything vidded in any of these fandoms that you really don't need to worry that I might not like it. It's a fact that I WILL like it!

A couple of very general squicks: Please note that I often have a hard time hearing voice overs when they are placed over song lyrics ( I think I can't concentrate on the lyrics and the voice overs at the same time), so if you use voice overs, please try to make them really clear and use them sparingly. I also tend to prefer gen vids or canon pairing vids, but I've been surprised before by vids that don't fit these categories, so don't let me put you off if you're only into romantic vids.

Music-wise, I'm an eclectic person. Dorky 80's songs, rock classics, classical music, soundtracks, dance music, music styles from around the world... I probably own and love something in most genres you can think of. That said, I am generally less fond of the hardcore heavy metal where the singers scream all the time (I must be getting old) or rap of the sort where a guy blabs on about their sexual exploits (the content is usually the issue there).

And finally, YES, I'd be so absolutely delighted to receive a gift vid or even multiple gift vids. (Is there really anyone out there who wouldn't be?)
