This comes from This Site and it's basically saying boycott reality TV and help the writer's strike.

Boycott reality TV.
Don't watch it.
Don't stream it.
Don't buy it on iTunes or Amazon or NetFlix.
Don't watch the reruns.
Spread the word.

Since I (1) live in Australia and (2) would rather spork myself senseless than watch reality TV, I know I won't make much of an impact, but I can at least do the "spread the word" bit and maybe someone else will decide to take it to heart.

If we don't watch reality TV, it affects the number of viewers who see the advertisements. Advertisements are revenue for the very companies that the WGA is striking against. If they have reduced revenue, they'll feel the effects of the strike much more keenly. Display this banner on your website, blog, forums, etc. to show your support for the Writers Guild of America and their strike against the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers.

I was all like, that's pretty easy, I don't watch any reality tv but then I stopped... and realised I watch So You Think You Can Dance and that's kinda, sorta, almost reality tv...

Yeah, I do too, but it wasn't on last night, so maybe it's finished...? Or I missed it. I do like that one, those dancers are awesome! Anyway, there's supposed to be an Australian version soon and we can watch that without guilt since it's not made in Hollywood. :P
