I found a nest o' spiders in my car boot (trunk for you Americans) this afternoon and dealt with the three large spiders and nest o' baby ones without too much squealing and I was very proud.
BUT... I just found another nest of them IN MY KITCHEN! Ahhhhhhhhrrrrg!
Killed them. Sorry to the pacifists, but I really can't capture and release that many, no way na ahh, not gonna happen. The momma spider was BIG too, maybe 2cm long and all bulbousy!
Anyway, I'm now creeped out. Really creeped out. They were in my house. I'm jumping at shadows... I looked them up on the web and they may be black house spiders, which are apparently venomous, but not lethal. Well could be worse I guess. *whimpers and hides*

(Yep we use the British name for it here in Oz, which is a boot. In Canada people laughed very hard at that. *shrugs* In this one case, I admit that trunk makes more sense as a term for a storage place in ones car. *smiles*)
