And John just smirks wile Elizabeth exchanges look with Carson. And they quickly dash out the door before cracking up.

But Rodney is quick to remind John that John was called special too.

But John just says, "Hey, Rodney, you've been saying you're more special than I am for years. I'm just finally agreeing with you."

I don't hate it. I just get sick of it easily especially when it seems to be the be-all and end-all of fandom. Ditto Sheppard and McKay. :/ It's easier when I'm having fun with you.

Though I think Rodney wins because he buries himself in science-y work and has gone through longer periods of celibacy than Sheppard in his general lifetime!
