Everyone must read: Running on empty by Sholio. - Captured, implanted with Wraith trackers, released to run and die ... such is Sheppard and McKay's fate. Now all they have to do is find each other before the Wraith find them. And Sheppard has this pesky little amnesia problem...

It's really good! I love good gen fic. It's all about the plot and McKay and Sheppard are so cute the way they rely on each other. Thanks to Derry for pointing this one out.


Me: I've written over 1000 words of goop that's kinda way too sweet. *wrinkles nose* Not sure where my muse is at at the moment. It puzzles me. I now have a desire to write fic before halloween. I have had this bunny for ages, but no idea where to start. I would love to discuss ideas if anyone is about.

...and yes the three DH fic is hanging around too, and I was going to write that SB fic, but alas, I write the stuff of diabetic comas. *huffs*

And have you outlined your halloween fic idea, took a first picture of the bunny yet? Maybe this would help with finding a starting point? I usually drop in with a short scene somewhere in the middle, then an idea how to start usually pops up.

Hmmm I have an opening scene for the halloween fic. I think I'll just write from there. I chatted to Rinne and we figured out a few characters to be in it and such. Should be fun to write, because I love describing stuff and this will be descriptive in it's cracky horror way...assuming I get to writing it.


I usually drop in with a short scene somewhere in the middle, then an idea how to start usually pops up.

Oooh I did that with my last fic, Trio. I had the scene in the armoury all set out and then I worked wither side of it. I don't usually do that, but it worked well. :D
