I have no desire to see this movie, but this official trailer feels more like an official (and awesome) fanvideo. Apparently combining Linkin Park and vampires in a cool video trailer makes me weirdly happy! Who'd a thunk it? :D

Now I need to buy this song...but I will wait for the album. I will... Really!

It looks better there than in the other trailers I've seen. I may go. Not sure. The soundtrack should be good anyway. :)

Album is out tomorrow... and JB online has it now for $14.95 on preorder for delivery. O_O Can live in hope that it might be that in store.

What do you think of the new album?

Hmm... It's similar enough to the last one to be less surprising. I liked the last album more, probably because of the "wow this is new" surprise of it, but also because it flowed so well and had the fabulous soundbites and such that made it much more emotional... Overall, I'm not disappointed, but I'm not totally wowed either. There are several tracks that I could happily play on repeat, because they are rocking, though! Powerless in particular. \o/ I've been listening to it (the album) at work a lot and I'm really enjoying it. :D

This is a vid for the trailer? Huh - I would've suspected it to be an official music vid for Linkin Park. (It reminds of "Vindicated" used in the Spiderman 2 movie.)

This is an official Linkin Park movie trailer. Don't get me wrong. I just think it looks like a great fanvid. I think it's cool (to my mind) that fanvids are now so sophisticated that an official trailer could easily have been made by a fan. Does that make sense? In fact I often watch official trailers and figure a fan could have done it better. :P
