Yeah, that too! It's like you always forget something. I'm always amused when people ask me fora recipe to something I've made. It's just impossible, beyond general ingredients - if I can remember even that much. :P

Yes, but I can't replicate them. That's the point. I made this fish stir fry thing tonight, but I know if I try to make it again, it just won't be as good. :P
