I got an offer today for a free audiobook download from Audible.co.uk.

Can anyone offer up a rec for a good download?

As an idea, I'm usually more attracted to the reader and their voice skills than the particular story they're reading. I have some books read by David Tennant, Benedict Cumberbatch and Katherine Tate which are awesome, because they do all the voices and such. If there'd an audiobook on Audible that you particularly love, I'd most appreciate you're recommendations.

Thanks
SL

I don't know if Audible has it, but there's a version of Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy read by Stephen Fry which is awesome. Also, as a rule, anything written/read by Neil Gaiman is wonderful. I love The Graveyard Book and Stardust, and Anansi Boys is great too (Lenny Henry reads that one and he's pretty much the perfect choice of narrator for the book). Oh, and Danny Wallace is absolutely fantastic. I can thoroughly recommend Yes Man. The Jim Carrey photo on the front is off-putting, but rest assured the book is nothing like the horrible movie that's based on it, in that it is funny, heart-warming and good.

Not really got much of a clue about Audio books because they annoy the heck out of me personally lol. But I'm currently reading The Hunger Games and it's pretty awesome (although it's teenage fiction), you'll probably be able to get Audio book of it? If you're interested of course. Just an idea, y'know what it's like when you're reading a good book and someone asks for a rec lol.

Teehee. Thanks, I'll look out for the book.
I'm the same with a lot of audio books. There are some fun ones though and it's all about the person reading them. :)
