This vid is dedicated to [livejournal.com profile] the_muppet and was supposed to be a birthday present and then a Christmas present... It's now a "hello cool person, have a gift" type present. Hope you like it.

Notes: Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] ash48 for the early beta, even though she doesn't know the fandom. Apparently it worked as a recruitment vid. Woo! This also covers the prompt: rainbow on my [livejournal.com profile] vid_the_grid TABLE. All comments are loved and adored, including constructive criticism.

YAY! So much fun. You know what's weird? When I first saw this I didn't know any of the characters or situations or anything. And now watching it again, after seeing a couple of eps, it's like "Oh yes, that so-and-so and I know why they are doing that.." And I love it even more. I kinda love seeing all the stuff that's yet to come. :)

The gore is so AWESOME!

I love this vid. Has a wonderful energy, spot on beat work and a consistent theme (and I know that might sound like a weird thing to say, but I've just watched a few vids that were sent to me and it's like they start off being one thing and then goes off in another direction... which just makes the vid kinda murky I reckon.... aaaaanyway....)

Thanks so much for sharing and giving me an early peek. And thanks for putting me onto this show.. \0/

xx

You know I think half the fun here was also feeling like I could make a literal match of the lyrics and it'd just be even better. Humour is good like that. :)

Thank you! I'm so glad you still like it and even happier that I've recruited another fan. We need to multiply. I love the bits I've seen of this fandom. It's mostly Peter/Olivia or gen and everyone is so nice. I love fandoms with a lot of gen! :)

Oh yeah - that's even better. I loved your lyric and clip matches. Made it even funnier. I laughed out loud when the cow made an appearance...

I love fandoms with a lot of gen! :)

Whoa! How do you survive SPN fandom then??!! Hee! I was a totally sweet and innocent gal for the SPN fandom turned me.... *blames them totally*

I'm really enjoying the Peter/Olivia on screen chemistry. It takes a lot for me to enjoy a male/female partnership show. I much prefer male partnerships (even without the slash overtones!!), but when they get it right I really enjoy it. Like Mulder and Sculley of course and I like Ziva and Tony in NCIS. And the guy and gal in Warehouse 13 are good too.

:)

Oh I know what you mean. My problem with a lot of male/female pairings is that the guy is portrayed as tough and the gal as weak, but if they can get the balance right so that it is a real partnership with proper to and fro and each saving the other and having weak moments etc... then it works. :D

Well I started out in SGA fandom and that is mostly Sheppard/McKay, SPN actually has a lot more gen than SGA did. But in both cases they had a good male pairing (gen-wise even if you aren't shipping them) with the same good balance as stated above for het pairings and so it worked. :)

OMG, you're making me meta. lol

Oh wow, thank you so much!

Firstly I am so flattered that you would make a video for me *hugs muchly* that's just so lovely of you =)

I just sat and watched it with my brother Peter, and he's quite hard to please but he was grinning and laughing throughout; he's a huge Fringe fan and a big fan of Walter in particular.

It's a wonderfully put together video, you've done a fantastic job with the clips you've used, I'm well impressed =)

Thanks so much sweetie ♥

*hugs muchly*

Your bro obviously has good taste. *waves* Hi Peter.

You're very welcome! You got me hooked on the show after all. I'm so glad you like it. It's been planned for a while, but somehow I never got around to the vidding bit. Works better for all the extra footage anyway. :)

*hugsmish* :D
