PCR stands for polymerase chain reaction. Basically, it's an enzyme-mediated reaction that is a quick and simple way for creating many, many copies of a piece of DNA.
ATGC are the nucleotides that make up DNA, adenine, thymine, guanine and cytosine. Ye old code for life. :)
Biorad is advertising a pre-made mix for Real Time PCR reactions... so all the scientist has to do is stuff the DNA to be amplified into the premade mix and pop it into the machine. Ah, technology. lol
