Is there a way to put a sticky post at the top of a community?

I know I've seen it done before, but I'm not sure if it's only with certain themes or if it was due to special css. Anyone know?

I'm using flexible squares.

Yeah, I know how to do that for a personal journal, unfortunately it doesn't work in communities. Thank you for trying to help though. *hugs*
