Green pants and sparkles...



It feels like forever since I've just sat about watching Eurovision and making sarcastic comments. I don't think we ever used to get coverage except for the final. This year we have three whole nights of snark!

The long hair, the tight pants; it's like the 80's never went out of style and it's wonderful! \o/ \o/ \o/ And this year they're all going nuts with the wind machine. It's amazing they haven't been blown off stage!

I have to admit, I really enjoyed a few of the acts tonight in a non-sarcastic way too! :)

Not near as good. Julia Zamirez (sp?) and the other guy are snarky, but in a very poilte way...obviously they don't want to get SBS in trouble.

Turns out if you get my Dad to watch it, there's no need for snarky commentators. He comes out with some crackers of insults. :P

The final is on tonight., but now that I know who won, I may not bother with it.

Yeah, that's Eurovisison. It was never something that was highly publicised over here in Australia, but we're a very multicultural country and it's grown. Now they play it all weekend in primetime evening slots. Heee!
