Seems that the stupid company finally bothered to find the "real" problem...course we haven't had internet or TV for two weekends running now, so I'm kinda ready to write the most heinous complaint letter... Grrrr!

Sick 'em Dean! Woot!

I'm a tad addicted to my web, being as most of my friends live a minimum 3 hour drive away. It's kinda my social circle these days. That's my excuse anyway.

We're going to email our complaint to their finance department as directed. Pffft! I promise to have the language clean in by the final draft. :P
