Yeah, our internet has been sucky, but I think it's finally working now. The help line was cracking us up, cos almost every time we called they asked "have you turned it on and off?"
The first time my mum *snicker-snorted* and said "you sound like the IT Crowd and the help guy cracked up. :P
Finally though we got Ted and he told us to reset everything and then turn it on and off. lol
Still haven't got AVG to update though, so I don't feel very comfortable. :(
It freaks me out if I lose the internet, which luckily is very rare - sounds like you had a fun time getting it back on though, and it's good to have you back =)
