I'm told that in liking this ep, I'm in the minority. Is that true? I'm afraid to read comments now in case I have my squee ruined. Feel free to point me to logical and safe posts. :)
Actually the ep took on board most of the things I'd imagined and was planning on possibly sticking into a fic, so yay! Kripke'd and terribly happy about it. :)
Did Sam change his T-shirt while talking to Dean? It looks like the same T-shirt, but the blood has disappeared. And Dean hasn't changed... Hmmm
Also, I do love that the angels aren't all "good" and, so it seems (though I'm still waiting for a surprise) the demons may not all be bad. It's certainly adding layers of intrigue to the show.
I really want to watch this ep again. Might do it before I watch the next episode. OMG! Talk about a "To Be Continued" of O_O !!

Apart from liking me some Nekkid!Sam, I actually thought the scene added a fair bit to the episode. Sam's hurt and lonely and desperate and eventually takes the comfort offered. In other words, it shows him to still be very human in his hurt. *shrugs* Not sure if that makes sense, cos I'm bad at articulating fandom stuff, but anyway.
It doesn't actually seem to me like I'm in the minority in liking the ep, though the haters are a very loud bunch as usual.
