The real reason for the drought!

We have access to Media Monitors at work. It's this site that lists all the news articles from across the country and links them to keywords etc. So, you can find relevant stuff. Anyway, today there was a cracker from a regional newspaper. It circulated the office and I just have to share!

Of course, that's why we're in a drought! *facepalm* I can't decide if the guy is joking or totally sincere, which just makes it funnier! :P

Sad thing is, the Border Mail used to be *my* local paper. I have to confess, letters to the editor like that weren't/aren't exactly rare.
