TGRRVE2 (Supernatural Vid)

So The Great Round Robin Vidding Experiment Part 2 (TGRRVE2) is complete, with ten vidders taking part and the result looks surprisingly like a coherent proper vid!!

The basic idea this time was to take a song, divide that song into pieces and give the pieces out to the participants. The experimental vidders vidded away simultaneously on their separate pieces, which I then pasted back together into one brand new super dooper vid!

Wow. Um, wow again. That was powerful.

D'you know, I haven't been able to watch the S3 finale since it was screened. Just can't do it. Hope that once Season Four starts I'll be able to go back, but those final scenes - hurt my heart too much.

It's pretty damn amazing to me, since none of the vidders watched the other parts before making their own bits, but obviously the lyrics brought up similar themes for us all.

Yeah, I've yet to rewatch the finale right through, but I took a few scenes to make my part of the vid. I'll be interested to see what S4 has in store, but the last season didn't impress me so much and that finale was just plain horrible. *shrugs*

Yes, not pleased with Kripke's 'everyone expected we'd get Dean out of his deal so we didn't'.

Fandom found millions of creative ways to get Dean out of the deal - I wish Kripke et al had gone with one of them.

Yeah, I felt like it was for shock effect and somehow it's going to end up with the boys being lumped with yet another problem to deal with later (once he's out) or a lame-o get-out clause. *shrugs* I'll be interested to see, anyway. Maybe he'll surprise me.

Just kind of stumbled onto this, and am I glad. Wow, that was really fantastic! The clips blended so well, and it's a great song -- perfect for the themes involved. Well done, all of you!

We've just stated experiment three over at SVS, where a Muse song won the vote this time. It's gonna be ...interesting! :P
