Is anyone from around Massachusetts? What's the weather like there? Looked like there was some drizzle. Is that normal for Feb?

Just wanting to set a fic there, but I know nothing and I kinda said it was always drizzling in February as an off-hand comment. Hee!

Well, I'm from the Cape where everything is a little different because of the sea breezes and stuff... but yeah torrential down pore, drizzle, grey skies, and lots and lots of wind. The type of wind that cuts through clothes freezing you down to your bones.

But like I said, I'm from the Cape, not the mainland.

I'm in CT about 15 minutes south of MA and today was full of storms and rain. Generally though February is more snowy, however this winter New England seems to be very wet. Like not too many heavy snows so far, but lots of ice and sleet and whatnot.

I'm originally from NY and CT which is pretty close to MA and my brother lives there; he said the weather isn't any different in, say, Springfield, Mass as it is in Connecticut or Southern NY, so yeah, it's usually more snowy, icy, and sleety as foreverseenstar said, but this year's weather has been a little weird all over this country, from what I've noticed lol. THIS year, it's more likely to be rainy and cold with like slushy mixes of half-melted snow all over the place. NOT pretty OR fun.
