Does anyone know if there is an option to stop vids from automatically streaming in firefox?

Every time I check a comment on youtube the vid loads again, which on dial-up is a pain and at work may well get me in trouble. Anyone know?

I have an add-on called 'flashblock'. It blocks all flash playing, and puts up a symbol that you can press to bring it up, instead. Quite handy for sites that have a lot of flash on them (such as megaupload etc.), but occasionally it blocks out dl buttons, and you've just got be aware of that. It stops youtube vids loading automatically.
