Hey guys,

I'm back. Bet you didn't even notice I was gone, but yokiem and I have been in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand for the last 8 days.

We went for a conference, but tagged an extra few days on to the trip to see the sights and have some fun. I'll tell you all about it in a little while, when I have some time. My parents are actually visiting this weekend, so I can't sit around uploading pics and such, but as a teaser...

This was the view from our hotel room balcony!! Did I mention Queenstown is beautiful!! :)

NZ must be one of the most beautiful places in the world. It's one of the three places I really want to visit in my life (right after Scotland and Canada). Hope it comes true one day!

It was completely gorgeous and seriously, only the Rockies compare in my small experience, so I hope you get to see them both some time. :)
I only wish we had time to explore further afield, but it really was amazing!

Lots and lots of sheep!!! Lots! *g* They look like little white dots from the air. :P

We were tempted by this souvenir sheep that was a bunji sheep. It was this little toy sheep that you dangled by a string and it went Baaaaa as it fell and bounced. Very weird, but hilarious! Didn't buy it though. :P
