Ugh, I ran out of muesli and I decided, hey why not finish off that random pack of Frosty Flakes in the back of the pantry.

I repeat, Ugh! Bleh! I feel like I just ate a bowl of sugar! Along with my coffee, I may be hyper for the next hour and then crash... No wonder kids wanna eat that stuff. Raw sugar I tell ya. Kids have no taste at all.

I thought it was frosted flakes?? not frosty, lol.. I totally know what you mean. It's defintely filled with sugar. Yum!

So very sugary and it was the bottom of the box, so there was all the powdery stuff too... so yeah, apparently I don't handle sugar as well as I once did. :P
I'll stick to cookies and chocolate. :)
