Sony Vegas 7

I just got Sony Vegas 7 and I was wondering if anyone knew of a simple beginners guide.

Something very beginner (and FREE), that just says stuff like "this button does A", "put a clip in like this..."

Or does anyone use it and mind chatting to me over gmail chat or msn?

I am so confused. *grins*

I'll keep fiddling with it in the mean time

Thanks, I found those already. None of them are beginner ones though and a lot of the links are dead. I think maybe the built-in help menues are going to be enough, but they are damn confusing. *wibbles* :P
