I shall now refer to that shirt as the Shep-shirt and may I say guh! It even had Atlantis/American flag patches velcroed to it at the end! May the shirt recur on a regular basis! All hail the Shep-shirt!

Otherwise... I thought the plot was rather idiotic and mostly bored me, but at least the shirt was pretty and there were a few team-y moments. *shrugs* So-so episode this one. Didn't help that I'm in a somewhat bad mood and the audio on my file was out either, so feel free to take that into account.

SG1 was great fun this week! (is this a spoiler??)
Loved Vala in this episode. Teal'c was cute! Cam was serious and all in charge and guh! Go Sam *oof* Daaaaaanny!!!! Cliffhanger...*bites nails*

Sg1 was amazing but damn, I wish they'd win more battles. I'm hoping for surprise mass bashing of the Ori forces in the near future because they seem to go to all these adventures and lose out!

SGA.. huh, I laughed a bit and thought the plot wasn't bad - it was just the way it all panned out. Maybe the script wasn't good? As a story line, I thought it had potential but I was a bit bored.

New shirt for John was definitely a good thing :)

Yeah, it wasn't terrible. I just got bored with the massive expositions not done in speed-style by Rodney and with it out of sync they got extra annoying. Plus since we see at the beginning that Shep is flying the shuttle, it was obvious what was going to happen in the end.

Also, it seemed like Sheppard didn't fly the shuttle at all. He sat in it while it crashed, since he had no fuel ad couldn't undock. He was just lucky! Seemed to me it would have landed okay without him in the pilot seat, or maybe I missed something. ??

Anyway, I'm just bitchy this week, because the previous episodes were great and you know the guh sees me through quite happily! I'm not that deep!

Yeah SG1 must win something soon. figure it's all leading up to the series ending and the TV-movies. :)

The SGA plot was indeed predictable and at times, too "light." Still, the ep was in line with what we'd expect from classic Stargate. You might be interested in reading the writer (Ken Cuperus') commentary in the episode reaction thread on GateWorld. Here's a link to my response to his various posts. Basically, he sheds some light on the original script (which had more "realistic" whump and scenes), the shuttle design idea and Shep's reactions, which were completely in line with canon and his fascination with Doug Flutie's Hail Mary pass. Nice hints about Submersion too - looking forward to it!

Just finished DL'd SG-1. Hope to watch it tonight!

Oh...um I don't read spoilers! I'm assuming submersion is an ep coming up...so I might pass if that's okay. Sounds good though. I'll try to come back to it. :)

I still love my SGA and there was shirt hotness! I'm just jaded this week.

SG1 was great! Enjoy!

I just watched SG1 - and loved it! Maybe it's been a while, and I had no expectations coming in but it thrilled me all the way. Thought it better than SGA too (which was rare for this season). All the interactions were fun, classic and Daniel! Oh how I've missed the old Dr Jackson.

As for SGA spoilers, I totally understand. I don't actively look for them myself (unlike say, errm Heroes) and found that it helps me enjoy the eps better. Ken's comments are actually pretty spoiler-free. Still, no worries if you don't read them. He was just trying to explain things to fans.

SG1 was fun! Classic everyone! Great team moments! All the stuff SGA usually provides. Maybe they stole SGA's mojo this week. :P

Ah I see! Well I may get around to them then. "Pretty spoiler free" might be okay. :P
