*jumps in* It's about Mary Queen of Scots' years in French court. It's surprisingly good for a CW show, if you overlook the occasional teenager-drama moments... which isn't difficult, because it's so beautifully shot, well acted, and full of political intrigue. If you like period dramas but aren't a stickler for 100% historical accuracy, give it a shot! It started out as a guilty pleasure for me, but now it's genuinely one of the shows I most look forward to each week.
Isn't it just. I don't remember if I saw the last few eps of season 1. I'll have to check. I do enjoy this show, as you say, like a guilty pleasure. :)
