Hey guys... spoiler alerts appreciated.

I'm generally not gonna freak out about spoilers when I accidentally read them, but I also don't go looking for them. I find I enjoy shows better when I don't know what's coming and I'm all excited and not sure what to expect.

Sooo could you all try your hardest to indicate if their are spoilers in stuff you're linking to and (if you're really feeling helpful) indicate also whether said spoilers are really big or just "hey Dean's a demon and Sam is sad"-sized? It's your journal, but I'd really appreciate it. I feel like I have already watched enough this evening just in three interviews (that didn't mention spoilers in the entries that embedded them) that I have a pretty good idea of what is happening in the first half of season 10 of SPN. *sad face* My bad for being curious, I guess, but spoiler warnings would be grand as they were all linked here on LJ.

That goes for most shows I watch. Thanks bunches guys! As I said, I'm not angry, but I may avoid a lot of entries right now as spoilers seem rife. Sorry if I miss anything important from you. Feel free to poke me.

In annoying real life news, I'm home after a weekend of gastro that I will never speak of again. Any speaking of it would be too much information. Being able to type and read my f-list without my head exploding from the OMG!bright!screen is amaze-balls right now! *hugs computer* Hello world!

Well, don't tell my sister, but I may have read the plot episodes on Wikipedia.
Honestly, I think it serves Dean right. As the show progresses, he's been a right douche, for a lot of reasons; the fact that he trusts Benny the vampire makes him a right hyocrite(he killed Sam's friend Amy when he told him he trusts her(because he trusted his own instinct and not his brother)). I waa REALLY pissed off with him on that.
And he sold his soul for one year and acted like it wasn't a big deal, and without even considering how Sam felt.
Finally, he trusted a bad Angel(Gadreal, posing as Ezekiel) to use Sam as a vessel...well, actually, I'm gonna let that slide cos he was duped. But the rest of his actions made him a right douche. You understand, right?

I think Supernatural is just doing a circular thing where everything that happened to Sam in the first 5 seasons is now happening to Dean. But yeah, it's been pretty frustrating to watch a lot of the brotherly discord.

I too attempt (and mostly fail amazingly) to be spoiler-free! Though if I do come across any and talk about them, or if I post immediately after an episode airs, on my journal I'll spoiler-cut with the number of the episode.

Yep. I fail often. I try, but then someone posts a video link with a title like "No real spoilers, Jensen drinks beer and talks about directing." (That wasn't the exact title, but it was something similar.) Sounds safe, right? Nope, apparently not at all. I guess people have different tolerances for spoilers.

I do find it's a much more exciting ride when I've managed to stay mostly spoiler-free though.

Hello you! Hope your recovery continues - sounds bloody awful!

No spoilers here, I'm not averse to a few over reaching season teases, but once we get near to air dates I'm off line until I can watch the episodes, have to say though most folk on my flist have been great about spoiler cuts and warnings - those that are still watching that is. :((

Yeah, I think some of the spoilers may have come from community posts, so I plan to stay away from those a bit until it airs. When does SPN air again? I don't honestly know, but it must be soon as there's so much hype.

I think the recent hype is from the press interviews they did and Comic Con because the new season doesn't start until October 7th!

Community posts are always a much higher risk, you should be able to filter your journal to exclude them as we get closer to air date. On the top header navigation bar, if your journal shows one, there's a little arrow by the word 'Filter', click there for a drop down box and you can choose personal journals only which might help.
