There is a freaking awesome play thing called the Drabble-matic which I discovered tonight. You put in terms and it comes up with an instant drabble for you.
Mine had Ronon and Teyla and the results are cracking me up:
I'm Dreaming Of A Tanned Christmas
It was Christmas Eve. Ronon sat sweetly in the gym, sipping crimson eggnog.
He looked at the colourful chocolate hanging on the Christmas Tree and sighed. Last year, Teyla had hung it there, just before they looked at each other smoothly and then fell into each other's arms and kissed each other's cheek.
If only I hadn't been so soft, Ronon thought, pouring a purple amount of rum into his eggnog. Then Teyla might not have got so luminescent and left me all alone at Christmas time. He wiped away a golden tear and held his hand in his hand.
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door and then a silky voice lifted heavily up in song.
I'm dreaming of a tanned Christmas
Just like a golden sun over the horizon
Ronon ran to the door. It was Teyla, looking shiny all over with snow.
"I missed you carefully," Teyla said. "And I wanted to kiss your cheek again."
Ronon hugged Teyla and started to sob.
"I think you're drunk," Teyla said.
"I think so too," Ronon said and they kissed each other's cheek until they knocked the Christmas tree over.
On Christmas Day, they ate roasted cat arm and lived huskily until Ronon got drunk again.
The Silky Stranger
The sun was high and the trees stirred lightly in the breeze. Ronon strode along the path, making for Purple Castle with all speed. Hidden from the eyes of man and beast, he carried the Shiny Stone, which no other must touch until it could be delivered into the safekeeping of the Wizard Cheek.
A rustling of the dried leaves beside the path gave him warning and he drew his luminescent chocolate just in time to face the tanned woman who flew at him with such grace that he was almost dazzled.
The woman struck smoothly, and Ronon barely raised his chocolate to meet the attack. They fought long and sweetly until all the air rang with the sound of their conflict.
At last, Ronon found himself forced to one knee, the woman's chocolate pressed to his soft arm. "I am Teyla of Purple Castle," she said. "You are an unworthy guardian for the Shiny Stone. Prepare yourself, for I am about to send you in the gym."
But Ronon had been waiting for such a chance and, bringing up his chocolate with a twist, overpowered Teyla and pinned her to the ground. "What say you now?" Ronon said, looking down upon her.
Teyla's hand shimmered like a golden sun over the horizon. "I have underestimated you, Ronon. I was sent to test your fitness for this task. To you I pledge my loyalty...and more."
Ronon's desire was enflamed. His arm throbbed and all his thoughts were to kiss Teyla like a cat. Ronon caressed Teyla's colourful hand and she responded. They came together huskily, and their joining was as golden as their battle, and also much louder.
"Ah, my sweet crystal!" Ronon groaned and kissed Teyla as heavily as he could.
"Ouch!" she yelled. "What the hell is that?"
"Oh," Ronon said. "That's where I put the Shiny Stone for safekeeping. Sorry."
When they had finished their romp, they drowsed carefully on the grass, forgetful of all but their crimson love. "We will stay together forever," Teyla said, and they began all over again.
And so it was that the Wizard Cheek never got the Shiny Stone and the forces of evil overwhelmed the land and nobody was happy ever again, at least until the sequel came out.
Too funny. Play for yourself over here
