A question about Paypal.

A question for those more knowledgeable than me.

I opened a Paypal account and got the thing set up to take money from my account (kinda freaks me, but other people do it). LJ, however claims it needs a credit card to complete the transaction. Is that true, or am I doing something wrong? I just want to pay for another year of LJ. :(

I have no idea...just checking, you did go into the bit where you pay by paypal?

If you can't get it to work, and you have no other option, I'm offering to pay on my credit card, and then you can pay me back the next time I see you, or whatever.

I'll try again. I did choose paypal. I wondered if I had to transfer money into paypal first or something else obvious that I've just not realised.

I may take you up on that otherwise. I share a credit card with my mum and i really don't want her deciding to wander through my LJ, not that I think she would, but she and my sister are the reason I lock some stuff up rather tightly. *nods*

yeah, you may have to transfer money into the paypal account. When I use paypal, it takes it directly off my credit card, so I don't know. *shrugs*

Teehee thanks. I have to wait several days for funds to transfer, then hopefully it will work.

yeah I loaded some new icons. Deleted the ones I was bored with.
