With the writer's strikes interrupting filming, we're going to have lots of weeks of missing our fave show and there's that nasty mid-season break coming soon anyway, so join in the challenges or leave prompts for authors and we'll all have fic on Thursday nights to help us through the withdrawals.

Also, I'd like a beta. The little ficlet is only about 500 words, but it's Torchwood/SG1, but only with Torchwood characters.
If anyone watches both shows and has a few minutes to tell me what they think and run down any errant commas, I'd be very grateful. :)
