House music and other uninspired LJ titles

OK, just watched House. Man that show just gets weirder. I don't know the episode name, but it's the one where the 15 yr old supermodel is a guy. I so totally guessed that one. Should I be scared?

Anyway, there was a really nice song at the beginning and the end of the episode. It was a guy singing, it was a nice mellow song and the main chorus used the word "Desire" a lot. Anyone know what the song was? I want it, but the credits went all squooshy with the "coming up next" thing and I couldn't see what it was...if it was there at all. *grins and looks sorta hopeful*

I went to sleep really early last night so I didn't see the episode, but I just googled, and I think that its Ryan Adams, Desire. I have about 4 of Ryan Adams cds, so theres a very big chance that I have the song. At work at the moment, so I don't have my music collection here, but I'll check for you when I get home, and I'll upload it if I do!

Wow! You must have gone to sleep early! I hope your cold is going away with all that sleep. I wish I could do that. I must get into the habit of earlier bed times, though maybe not that early. I was in bed at um, 2am I think, but I only have one scene left to write on the fic. Course I don't like the last few bits I wrote. All dialogue and I really dislike dialogue. [/rambles]

Oh that'd be cool if you have the song. Ryan Adams huh. I read that first as Bryan Adams and I was all, nope didn't sound like him at all. *grins*

Yeah, I went to sleep about 9pm --- I can only get to sleep early when I'm sick --- the rest of the time I find it impossible to sleep before about 11pm. The long sleep last night helped though... I'm feeling ok today.

And yes Ryan Adams --- who is no relation to Bryan Adams!! :) I just checked which album its on, and I'm 99% sure that I have it! If not, I'll just give you Summer of '69 instead!! *laughs* Ok, i'm obviously still sick, cos I found that hilarious! I'm sitting here still laughing at myself! "Got my first real six string... bought it at the five and dime... Played it till my fingers bleed... it was the summer of 69"

...and I have ideas for a sequel, since it was supposed to go further than it didn't, and I'm trying to squash them. Just have to find my pet elephant and instruct him to sit firmly on that bunny!

Ok, so hysteria has definitely set in ... I'm now singing everything I do (I do it for you) - and giggling at myself!

I usually function with 6 hours... 5 just isn't enough... I have lemsip... Mmmm lemony goodness. Hey that would kill McKay... Poor McKay can't experience the lovely lemony goodness.

I'm sure I'll probably try to convince Peanuts to spare the little pink slash bunny - but I still want to read the multiple DH role fic first!! /insane ramble
