Come on, you're talking to one of the biggest Outerbridge fans on the planet. Did you even have to ask?! ;-P
Funnily enough, I bought the DVD set years back, and at the time I had no clue who Peter Outerbridge even was. I bought it for Chris Marquette's guest role in episode 5, which is still one of my all time favourite things he's done. (Just in case I hadn't mentioned this before, I also co-run chris-marquette.com -- and have since 2006.)
When I saw in Outerbridge's list of credits that he did an episode of Miracles, I squeed and de-dusted the DVD set to rewatch episode 13 right away. :-D
And you're right, they whumped Paul pretty well (stay tuned for the ultimate whump in 1x13). I ended up liking the show a lot. Kinda sad it got cancelled after just 13 episodes. And I'm still upset that the DVDs are 4:3 format when the show was shot and aired in 16:9.
