Watched about half of it. Wow. That's scary and interesting.
Might explain why I put on 2 kg in 3 weeks in the US, despite the fact that I was doing a ridiculous amount of walking.

Probably does! From what I can gather, we have a bit less of the high fructose corn syrup here than the US has.
