Vidding meme timez \o/

This is snatched from ash48, but I know I tried something like this many moons ago...rather unsuccessfully, so we'll see how this goes. I've reworded to suit me, but the idea is the same.

I want to do something for YOU guys (*hugs*) and push my (creative) self and my muse.

I'm planning shorter vidlets (30sec-1min). But they may become longer vids if I get inspired.

So. Tell me about a vid I haven't made yet. Please include the song and something about what you saw. It might include something about the effects (push me!), character/s or just an idea. You probably all know my squicks, but in case you don't I don't do incest and any couples that aren't canon will likely become friendship vids because I'm really a gen/canon/friendship girl at heart when I make vids, but I'll contemplate AUs, crossovers, fandoms I haven't vidded before (assuming I have the footage)...whatever.

I cover a lot of fandoms these days. Sherlock is probably my most comfortable muse right now, but feel free to request any fandom you think I might vid and I'll give it a shot assuming I have the footage readily to hand. This, I realise will be a little hit and miss, but I'll let you know if I can't make something as soon as I can.

I see this as something I will work on over the year (depending how many prompts I get). I'll present them as one post so you guys won't be spammed with lots of little vids. I see it like a bingo card (and I might throw in my own Wild Card *g*) Edit: I doubt I'll do that when I think about it. I'm more likely to just post as I go. *shrugs* I'm not as patient as Ash. :)

So. DON'T BE SHY! If there's a vid you'd like to see me try then let me know. I'll do my best.

I have no idea how this will go. I'm not sure how many prompts will be too few or too many. I might cut it off at around 10 or so, but I may pick and choose a bit, and I may not get to all the promts, but I'll do my best. If you offer more than one prompt, I'll probably just pick one of them. Hopefully I'll get SOMETHING done lol.

Wow, you are very brave!! What a cool idea. :)

I am thinking of this vid, about Sir Harry. Set to "Lacrimosa" from Mozart's Requiem because a) it's featured on the show twice, and b) I looked up the words and they are fantastic for him. Also, since it's in Latin, it's sort of halfway between instrumental and lyrical.

I don't know if this counts as an effect, but I thought about starting it off with the scene at the end of 7.7 when Harry flips on the stereo and Lacrimosa starts playing. Kind of a framing device. Just a suggestion, though. :)

Hmmm.. this was tricky for me. I want to think of something Sherlock but I'm not sure about suitable songs.

I'm thinking something about the way Watson looks (so lovingly and loyally) at Sherlock. Maybe to "The Look of Love"? Or something like that. :DD
