I forgot to ask if you were looking for vegan recipes, sorry, these may have egg and dairy in them.


General canned to fresh conversion tips to make more recipes useful:

• When substituting fresh mandarins for canned in some recipes, you may need to add water or simple syrup (sugar and water).

• One 11-ounce can equals 1-1/4 cups mandarin oranges.
