Where do people get the coding for the cool user profiles? Is there a community?

I don't know if you are still looking, but a lot of times you can find it by either a google search for LiveJournal profile codes...or, if you find some on someone else's, there's usually a link to where they got it from and if you follow the link, you'll find more choices by that same artist. Hope that helps!
