Aww, I'm sorry your new program is giving you trouble! Hopefully, it either gets fixed or you are able to return it for a full refund.
The most annoying part is they have a phone number for help that doesn't work and their customer support team isn't answering me and no matter how many times I ask the tech help people
I'm convinced that the world is made up of imbeciles. Customer service is the most unhelpful thing in the universe. I was calling 3 places back and forth to make a doctor's appointment today. *sigh* Idiots.
