Okay that was brilliant! So, you get a random ep review. A very short one though.

I loved the friendship moments between John and Rodney. Not overplayed, yet very sweet ad totally believable. They're still just boys at heart. Sheppard's bare feet too! *grin*

I loved Jeanie (sp?) being back and her reactions were spot on. She must have so much to draw from emotionally with that role.

I totally buy Keller and Rodney as a couple to be. I love this build-up and that (under the circumstances) I totally buy Rodney wanting to let her know his feelings. Keller is smart enough to be McKay's equal and strong enough to stand up for herself or Rodney if neccessary. Plus I love that the writers had Keller being spot on about how Rodney would feel about the 24hours of normalcy situation.

Anyway, that was an episode worth watching. It had depth and a stellar performance by Hewlett.

I buy Keller and Rodney too. However I'm saddened that they seem to have given up on the whole Keller Ronon thing, cause I buy them more. The idea of Ronon moving on finally was lovely and I think he and Keller could have been really good together and I think there's more chemistry between the two of them.

Oh well.

Yeah, either match was sweet. Certainly with what we now know of Ronon's past - his wife seemed to be a healer of some sort - there would have been symmetry there. I do like Keller/McKay though. I just hope they get Ronon together with someone. he's certainly proving to be quite the sensitive sweetheart with the ladies. :)

Probably my favorite episode ever, at this point. It's funny how such a brilliant episode comes on just after we hear about the cancellation - I wasn't really that fussed until Friday night! ;)

I know, I was thinking the same thing... They give us this gem now when they've announced its cancellation!
It was fabulous writing for all the characters. It could have been so over-dramatic or shallow, but they did it really well. :)

So good to know! :D A lot of the peeps on my f-list don't like Keller and therefore aren't into McKeller. But I think they're a good match.

No I actually really love Keller. I adored Beckett, but Keller is a brand new character and I take her as such and she's really grown on me. I actually prefer her now. She's not a cliche, but a real person. And she and Rodney are pretty well matched both mentally and character-wise. :)

Me too. I find it ironic that the ep that most people really bitch about Keller's whinnyness, Missing, is the one where I really began to like the character.

Lovely episode, all around, innit? And now I'm a total McKeller myself. Ah, show, why do you do this to me? I'm supposed to be a genner!

Exactly! lol! Right when I wasn't minding too much about the whole cancellation thing too. *shakes fist at goodness* :P

Finally just watched!!!

*still has tears in eyes*

LOVED Rodney calling John Arthur.

Wonderful acting all around, particularly from the two Hewletts.

Jennifer and Rodney belong together!!

Indeed! I'm quite the Keller fan, despite the many Keller nay-sayers in the fandom. And that was a brilliant episode! I haven't had such a good reaction to SGA for a long while! :)
