This is Miss South Carolina answering a question at the Miss Teen USA pageant. I thought everyone had seen this because it made the news even here in Australia, but my parents hadn't seen it, so I thought I'd link.
Hahahaha! We do get a lovely skewed perception of Americans over here. :P I feel kinda sorry for her every time I watch it. You can see her freeze and go "oh shit, but I practised for questions on South Africa and Iraq!"
