Hey Guys!

I've figured out how to save properly in Vegas recently, so that the vid isn't too big and yet it's super-nice quality (like the quality of my recent Passion vid). Anyway, the upside of this is I still had the file for The Heist and I've made a pretty version of that vid. I also fixed a few of the little glitches in the file to do with aspect ratios (I know there's still a few more...high res shows them unlike the low res. :P).

Anyway, the point is, the new file is uploaded to [livejournal.com profile] arwen75's server (you are a Saint me'dear *worships*) and I was wondering if anyone would mind testing the download for me?

The download link is here and it's 37mb. Just right-click and dl.

Just for anyone who hasn't already seen it, here's the details and the link to the vid post.
Title: The Heist
Music: Hey Puchuko by Royal Crown Review
Fandom: Supernatural
Clips: Up to episode 2x19
Summary: The notorious Winchester Boys escape from jail. Will they be able to pull off one final great bank heist and escape with their riches? Tune in to find out...

Ha! This post is longer than I meant it to be. :D

Thank you! :D
Wow, you were saving at 250mb? And I though I had problems when I couldn't get below 70mb. O_O Perhaps you were trying to save as an AVI file or something??

I seem to have great trouble with my uploads sometimes, so if you'd let me know it worked I'll be very happy. :) I only get 600mb of broadband so when I try to only test my dls when that has been used up already.

More like 345mb *sheepish* I tried saving as a .mov too. Avid is for high end editing (Cold Mountain was edited on Avid) so I didn't realize that I might have to change the settings to save.

I uploaded through megaupload and gigasize and there's always YouTube but that puts the quality down of course.

You could always run the final vid through another program and save it smaller. That's what I was doing before. I ran my vid through WMM and saved it again. It loses resolution, but still looks okay.
