This is one of my favorite songs ever. So I had to pick this vid.

I love how this is pretty much telling Sam's story from his childhood all the way to him as an adult. All the people he loves dying around him, for him. The change of clips between from Sam seeing Jess on the ceiling to John seeing Mary on the ceiling is smooth and perfect. In between those clips you have the clip of John and Sam having that talk, that connection/bond they made from it. Then you give us the hugging scene, then immediately after with Sam seeing John on the hospital floor. It left me with the feeling of how fleeting his happiness is. You did a great job with that.

Also, I love John's saying that line in the end.

I feel for Sam. He doesn't get any break. Now, in the current timeline he's only have 1 yr to find a way to save Dean.

I'll be going back to check you other vids. :)

Nono, you make a lot of sense, since that's what I was trying to say! :D It always made me so sad that just as Sam and John were reconciling their differences, John dies. :(

Here via the Christmas in August thing. WOW, I gotta say, this was fantastically done! It flows so well and matches the music beautifully. Nice song choice, too - it's poignant without being too much so for a show like SPN.

I'm terrible for noticing everything!
