Anyone got a good idea for an SPN vid?

Non-wincest and preferebly a song with a good beat that would interest a mixed sort of audience. (I'm thinking along the lines of The Pounding Truth vid I made recently.) I'm tempted to do KazCon, but yeah, currently stuck.

My current vid, well let's just say the song has now been vidded three times (twice in the last week, though one of those was a diff fandom) and it's got me all frustrated. I'll probably finish it eventually.

Ideas welcomed. :)

And in completely unrelated news: LINKIN PARK's NEW ALBUM is AWESOME!

...a good beat that would interest a mixed sort of audience.

When you say that, the first thing that comes to my mind is Queen - Bohemian Rapsody. I'm not sure if there's a video out there that's used that song already but it's a good song with a lot of tempo twists (I'm sure you've heard it, I believe everyone has ^_^).

Has anyone done a Swithcfoot - I Dare You To Move video? That would be good.

Umm, *racks brain and scrolls through music folder* Keep Holding On from the Eragon Soundtrack would probably be a good vid. The Rescue by American Hi-Fi (from the Superman Returns soundtrack)? And Look After You by The Fray would be a cute 'Dean's POV of his relationship with Sam' video.

Hope that helps. ^_^ (let me know if you need any links)

Bohemian Rhapsody isn't quite waht I'm after, but it certainly would have appeal to a general audience.

Keep Holding On from the Eragon Soundtrack would probably be a good vid. The Rescue by American Hi-Fi (from the Superman Returns soundtrack)

Are they sound track music or songs (you know with singing and lyrics and stuff?)? I don't know either of those ones. I love sound tracks. I must go through a few of them to see if I release any bunnies. :)

I know I've seen other vids to The Fray, but I don't really know their stuff. It's sort of a rock feel, yeah?

Thank you.

Oh and hey, was there ever a part 4 to your "Hunting Guide"?

Keep Holding On (http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/avrillavigne/keepholdingon.html) and The Rescue (http://www.stlyrics.com/lyrics/supermanreturns/therescue.htm) are lyrical soundtrack songs. The links should take you to a page of their lyrics.

Yes, I love soundtrack music too. Everytime I go to town I debate on whether or not to get the new POTC3:AWE soundtrack. I'm going to get it one of these days. For now I'm just happy listening to the FFVII soundtrack. They have beautiful piano tracks.

The Fray is a pretty good band. But honestly, the only really upbeat rock-like song they have on their album is Little House. It's a good song but wouldn't fit into a Supernatural vid. The rest of their songs are somewhat slow, soft rock. Still good though.

And I'm about to start working on the Hunting Guide chapter 4 again. Now that college is out of the way for a little while, I can get back to giving the fandom the attention it deserves.

Hmmm. No idea off the top of my head - and you've got most of my music anyway ;-)

I'll have to buy Linkin Park.

Hee! Well you don't have to buy it. Much like I didn't have to buy Doughtry. :P

No probs. Just asking out of interest. I'm sitting here listening to Delerium, going hmm?? :P

I have a vid!bunny looking for a good home. I meant to nurture it myself but RL and my actual vidding abilities being what they are... I'd need to practise a bit before and I don't see that happening anytime in the near future \o/

Seek out "Somewhere they can find me" by Simon & Garfunkel. A good beat, and lyrics that just scream Sam and Dean!

Sounds interesting. I don't have any S&G. I'll have a look for it, but I'd hate to steal a plotbunny you might do sometime. :)

I've been listening to Denali lately and I'm sure their songs would do good SPN vids, though they're melancholy,, don't have much of a beat. I have a few other ideas written down at home, so if you reply to this hopefully I'll see the notification when I get home and can check and see if any were general interesty sort of ones. :)

And yee, I should be able to vid again sometime this week!

Yay go vid! Don't give me anything you want to do. :)

I've never heard of Denali. I'll have to look them up. Sounds good. :)
