Not everything John-related is there, because I can't reach in every corner of the fandom, but there's a lot of fiction (gen and het and slash, though the slash is locked to the community), most of the songvids focused on John, icons, etc.
Most SPN vids are posted to supernaturalvid, you may ask there for recs, and I had a look here (SPN LJ and websites list: http://community.livejournal.com/newbieguide/13894.html) but didn't see a community for vids recs.
