Got my microphone & other random stuff

And it's big (I had expected something rather smaller, since it plugs into a USB port for it's power)...not quite what I thought it was when I ordered it, but it works rather nicely.

Was playing with it and Audacity tonight and I now have a recording so silly that I may never release it anywhere, but I am highly amused. sarlania will vouch for my new found levels of insanity. *facepalm* Edit: insanity now displayed openly in it's own post. Just flip forward a bit.

I also bid in an auction for charity and I now own a How to Host a Murder Mystery game... Star trek style. Ha! Have no idea what to do with it. Anybody want to host it? lol Your place derry667?

I was wondering today if you could actually play it online. Just copy the tape into MP3 format and set up a counter so you're all at the same place in the game. It might work. Maybe. Kinda like a watchalong, but more interactive. I'll have to see what's in the box.

Edit: Peering through the box contents, I think it'd be too hard to do online. Dang! :(
