Okay, I have a question for you computer whiz-kids.

I made a vid and the finished product is close to 80mb in wmv format! O_O
I have no idea why it's so big, since it's only 6mins. Anyway, is there an easy way for me to zip it up so it's a bit smaller?

I really don't think anyone will dl 80mb. I made a small version, but I'd really like to upload the large version for anyone who is interested, because the large version is so much nicer.

spazzula wrote my ficathon prompt for the icaw ficathon. It's a cute PG-rated gen (or Beckett/Weir if you squint - *squints*) piece. Find it over here and tell her how cute it is, because my prompt was a little evil now that I look at it. *meep*


Also, I stumbled across Field Jacket Blues by amitee (Ellizabeth/Teyla PG13) and it's a really nice piece. It's as much about change and the women's love and loss, as it is about their relationship with each other. It's rather beautiful and got me a little teary.

I made a new vid!

This has been a long time coming. I started it months ago, around the time S2 finished. Almost all scenes are from S1 and S2.

Summary: This is a bit of an experiment for me. Basically, it's in the format of an old silent movie. Plot: When the peaceful Wraith are attacked by their old enemy, The Atlantians, they are drawn into battle for survival. (Yes, you read that correctly!)

Category: Action, Humor, Drama, Silent Movie
Format: wmv
Size: Small (428 x 240) = 29.5mb, large (856 x 480) = 83.5mb

The large file was corrupted somehow during upload! Sorry if I wasted anyone's dlownload space! I have now reuploaded it adn it seems to work fine.
