STITCHERS phone number curiosity!!

Um did anyone, you know in America, call the 1800 phone numbers?  I need to know what they lead to.  Someone,  please.  There was:

FAMILY READINESS GROUP, IRAQ
Please call 1-800-555-0199

Then:
ARMY FIELD HOSPITAL BAGHDAD
Please call: 1-800-555-0199

I don't think they're real numbers you can call, alas? In the US, any number that begins with "555" is a nonfunctional telephone number, and I think that's true even if it's a 1-800. Sorry!

Oh OK.  How odd. They so deliberately displayed the number, when the message would have sufficed. Thought it might be a fun, modern clue like in some other shows.  Thanks!
