I made some McKay Shappard wallpapers and some icons to match. They're all variations on a theme and they're my first go at making wallpaper, so any suggestions or comments welcome.

For those better at photoshop than me, is there anyone able to tell me how to make a simple border around an image? For instance, if I want a black border around my icons, is there a simple way to do that? I'm sure there must be and I think I used to know where it was, but I've forgotten.

As for the photoshop question, the easiest way to add a border is using a brush - I have some simple border brushes that I'll email you. (Just make a new layer and apply it in whatever colour you want). Alternatively, you can make a selection on your icon where you'd like the border, then press "shift, ctrl, I". That will select the area between your selection and the edge of the icon. You can then just fill that area with a colour. Hopefully that makes sense! (Let me know if it doesn't, and I'll explain it more clearly!) I'll email you those brushes.

The 2nd and 4th ones were my favourite wallpapers, but I thought some people might like the other two better. You never know. The glasses are just funky and sort of sexy in a dorky way! I love the glasses! :D

I like your wallies a lot too! I can't understand how they can look so hot in those geeky glasses...

Yeah, why geeky is so hot is beyond my understanding, but there it is! *grins* Thanks for commenting.
