I agree with you. I was *very* enthused about Bobby early on - thought he was a terrific character. But he's lost a lot of his "squee value" for me this season. It's not entirely his continuing series of whiny princess speeches, although that's certainly a part of it. When Jim Beaver made his annual "OMG! Bobby might die in the finale!" speeches in 2008 and 2009, I did a lot of flappy hands. This year, not so much.
