Kavanagh fic - Shades of Grey: The diclaimer

I felt THIS needed a quick explanation. I was bored, in the back of a car and I started penning a fic. I was planning an angsty Kavanagh fic, following on after the events of Critical Mass and it starts that way... Then, I started wondering about what the two messages he sent could possibly be. He wouldn't tell Weir what was in them, but that doesn't mean anything. They could be grocery lists and, given the circumstances and Weir's behaviour, I still don't think he would have told them. He's way too stubbourn, though he may have cracked once Ronan got the go-ahead. Anyway, then I got to thinking on Hermiod. I mean the little grey guy just told him to "be quiet" and he was. That's not something I'd expect of Kavie. He'd at least whine a bit at being told to shut up, so then this stupid crck!fic plot bunny grabbed onto me and refused to let go. Oh and I don't think this technically counts as slash, since I have a recollection of an SG1 episode in which they found out that the Asgard sort of clone themselves. ie. They aren't male or female. Can anyone tell me if I'm right on that? I don't remember very well, but it struck me as amusing at the time for some reason.
