Yes you can - I make most of mine with it. Press Ctrl+Alt+S for a cap - I usually keep Ctrl+Alt and hit S a lot while the file runs. Now all you got to do is find the folder where they end up. Mine is "Eigene Bilder" in "Eigene Dateien" (should be something like "my pictures" or "my photos" in "my files", but I don't know about the English version of Windows). Those I make from my SGA DVDs are usually around 400-600 KB and in *.png format.
