Casting confirmed for 50 years on stage

Britain’s greatest actors come together for a once-in-a-lifetime performance. Nicholas Hytner directs a thrilling evening featuring extracts from fifty years of iconic NT productions.

James Corden, Dominic Cooper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Helen Mirren have just been confirmed to join a cast of more than 100 including...

Roger Allam, Simon Russell Beale, Frances de la Tour, Judi Dench, Christopher Eccleston, Charles Edwards, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Gambon, Derek Jacobi, Alex Jennings, Rory Kinnear, Adrian Lester, Anna Maxwell Martin, Andrew Scott, Maggie Smith and Penelope Wilton.

The performance will be broadcast live in the UK on Saturday 2 November on BBC Two and around the world in cinemas via National Theatre Live.

Yeah baby! I hope it comes to the cinema or they play it on Australian TV. :D

Something as huge as that, you'd hope we'd get it here somehow. Considering Dendy cinemas host NT Live events, I suspect they might do an encore screening.
