OMG! It just took three people over 20 minutes to put my student card details into my bank account (which they already did in Feb, but suddenly I was being charged fees again) and switch my account back to a student account.

3 people. 20 minutes. *weird face* Come on!

Yeah, I know! I seriously think everyone that works at that branch are morons. Every time I have to do something down there, I'm there forever. *shakes head*

I don't work at a bank, but it seems to me it would simply be a few clicks of the mouse and maybe a little bit of typing to switch back your account. Three people and 20 minutes - jeeze!
